ELIGIBILITY

Faculty, students and professional staff who are interested in contributing to clinical and translational research and/or preparing for supplemental career training may apply for the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research Skills. Accepted scholars must agree to fulfill the requirements of the curriculum. These requirements include:

  • Completion of a mentored research experience and of at least one didactic course per semester for four semesters.
  • Attendance at monthly special topics forums, two annual retreats, focus groups, and additional conferences and workshops.
  • Submission of quarterly reports of progress and various assessment instruments.

Persons eligible to become scholars include:

  • Faculty at the University of Kentucky and professionals throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky..
  • Professionals in postgraduate training (MD's PharmD's, DMD's, PhD's etc.) at the University of Kentucky.
  • Students accepted to or matriculating in Professional or Graduate training at the University of Kentucky.
  • Professional staff at the University of Kentucky and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
